Liftable Beds
Liftable beds offer several significant advantages, both for guests and for the housekeeping staff. These beds can be raised and adjusted to different positions, making cleaning, rest, and adaptation to users' needs easier.
Main benefits:
- Facilitate cleaning under the bed and changing sheets without the staff having to bend down
- Improve comfort and rest by allowing bed position adjustments, for example, to relieve back pain or improve circulation
- Make it easier for people with reduced mobility to access, get into, and move in the bed.
Energy Efficiency
We used these funds to subsidize energy efficiency improvements at the HSM S'Olivera Hotel (Paguera, Calviá), completely renovating the air conditioning system to make it more efficient and reduce consumption compared to the previous system. This minimizes our carbon footprint and environmental impact on the natural surroundings of Mallorca, our island. We also took the opportunity to replace the domestic hot water system, removing diesel boilers and replacing them with systems that use city gas.
