Majorcan cuisine is a real delicacy. Probably, it is not a secret. However, from here we would like to emphasize one of our main and unique products: The Majorcan bread.

The Majorcan bread is made with very simple ingredients: flour, water, salt and leavening. However, when you bake these simple ingredients in a classic wood-fired oven they turn into delicious typical bread.

Bread of Majorca cannot be missing on the table at lunchtime. In fact, when you go to a Majorcan restaurant, the first thing that is served on the table is bread. In Majorca, meals are inconceivable without bread.

“Pa amb oli” is bread with oil, and it can be served with cold meats or “Sobrasada”. This product offers you lots of possibilities to combine with different ingredients. There is nothing more Majorcan than it.
