The HSM S’Olivera Apartments are situated in Paguera, Calviá, 22 km away from Palma de Mallorca and 32 km away from the airport. Calviá municipality, situated in the south east coast of Majorca, boasts of microclimate and mild temperatures during the whole year. The beaches that are nearby the complex are small charming caves, the closest one to the hotel is Palmira beach (300 m away), but there are also Tora beach and Cala Fornells beach in the proximity. The promenade is the centre of the resort, 250 m away from the hotel, with its numerous shops, bars and restaurants. For sport lovers it is important to mention the possibilities to practice: tennis (15 clay courts are only 5 minutes away), golf (Andratx Golf Course is 4 km away, there are also the following golf courses in the proximity: Golf Poniente, Golf Santa Ponsa or Real Golf Bendinat) or also hiking tourism. There is a beautiful pedestrian promenade that joins Paguera with other Calviá resorts, such as Santa Ponsa, Magalluf, Portals Nous or bendidat, also with Capdella and Calviá Villa.
